Recurring Invoices
You specify the frequency (daily, weekly, monthly), start date, send time, and duration, or set it to have no end date. For each series, you can see the next and last send dates, as well as the number of invoices generated.
From Settings, under the "Integrations" tab, connect Inverso to Zapier to view a list of connected apps. The connection is terminated upon confirmation. The additional customer fields (key and value) are intended to link to the customer's record in an external system, such as a CRM.

How do I issue recurring maintenance invoices?
Schedule the invoice and set a recurrence: daily, weekly, or monthly. Set a start date, send time, and duration, or choose "no end date." You can enable automatic email delivery.
How do I receive a payment by card?
You can enable your Stripe account in Settings. On the invoice, the customer pays online with a credit or debit card, and the payment is confirmed automatically. Card fees are determined by Stripe.
How do I connect Inverso to Zapier?
Zapier connects Inverso to over 7,000 apps for invoicing automation. You can set up the connection in Settings, under the "Integrations" tab, where you can also view the connected apps.
How do I track project tasks?
For each project, you add tasks with a status (planned, in progress, completed, or postponed), a description, and a due date. The project dashboard displays the tasks by status.
How do I verify a customer's VAT number?
With a single click, Inverso checks the number in the European VAT Register (VIES) and suggests a company name, EIK, and address for auto-fill.
